White Shield Twin Homes
Scope for this project includes construction of three residential twin homes as well as the associated earthwork and utility connection.
Each twin home, approximately 5,600 sq. ft (2800/unit) two 2-bedroom units which include two bathrooms, kitchen, and support spaces per side. Amenities include custom cabinets with Cambria solid surface quarts countertops throughout the homes. Units are constructed with premium garage doors, windows, interior/exterior doors, LP SmartSide, high wind resistant asphalt shingles and concrete driveways, sidewalks and patios. The flooring material is luxury vinyl tile, ceramic tile and premium high traffic carpet. One unit is constructed within ADA standards. Anticipated completion date for the project is September 2024.
