White ShieldElder Center – Nishu Lodge

The building features a craft room, gathering spaces, administrative/office space, and Elder Nutrition Program, kitchen and food storage area, a fitness room and locker rooms, a hydrotherapy space, a salon, and a tele-medicine room. The site also features a pergola and picnic area, a bus drop off, and community gardens with raised plant beds to make gardening more accessible. The east entry opens to a symbolic earth lodge lobby and a round wood structure with a central fireplace in its light filled lobby.
