Shoshone Rose Casino & Hotel

Nestled in the shadow of the Wind River Mountains of central Wyoming is the expanded and renovated Shoshone Rose Casino.

This project began with an existing, but dated, casino and hotel space. Woodstone, in partnership with LSE, expanded the casino to 44,585 sq. ft. from its original 16,645 sq. ft. It features 60 rooms, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, two restaurants, gift shop, meeting space, and 400 slot machines and tables.

One challenge for this project was phasing. Due to existing operations in both the casino and hotel, Woodstone was able to strategically phase different portions of work to minimize down time and maximize projects during construction.
