The South Segment Elder Center is a 7,312 SF mixed-use building. The Elder Center was built next to the existing daycare and head-star facility to take advantage of multi-generational interaction. The building’s spaces include vehicular drop-off at the main entrance with associated parking, an industrial kitchen, meeting and craft room, exercise room, hydro-therapy room, Remembrance Hall with an open gathering space, administrative office space, a large outdoor patio adjacent to an Apple and Juneberry Orchard, and a green house.
