Paul Hanson- Senior Project Manager

Paul has worked on all three sides of the construction team: as one of the designers, as the general contractor, and as the Owner’s representative. This gives him a unique perspective on how a project comes together and allows him to see the issues through the Owner’s eyes. His attention to detail learned while working as a structural engineer carried over into his work as a project manager. This enables him to understand the interdependencies of the various parts of the project and to suggest alternate ways to solve a problem. While he was working as the Owner’s rep, the importance of timely information, accurate budgets, and meeting defined schedules was made very clear. This experience allows Paul to see the different sides of an issue in order to find a solution that satisfies all the parties.

Tom Ollman- Senior Project Manager

Tom has 18 years of experience in the construction industry, with 15 years in construction management. In those 18 years, he has gained extensive experience managing large-scale projects. His strengths are his ability to communicate and coordinate with all team members and work out the small details that are often overlooked.
